Raindrop therapy is an extension of the use of essential oils known as aromatherapy. The study and use of essential oils has recently taken on a new dimension. It is now being recognized that when essential oils are dropped directly onto the spine, muscle tension, toxin build up, and other conditions affecting good health, the essential oils are capable of increasing oxygen and circulation to the body, bringing about Homeostasis, a state of equilibrium.

The raindrop technique was developed as a result of intense research which indicated that many forms of back problems developed as a result of muscular tension toxin build up, bacterial and viral problems lying dormant in the spine.

Raindrop therapy uses a sequence of eight blends of highly anti microbial essential oils which are dropped gently onto the spine and lightly massaged in, using various hand to body techniques. Towels are used to complete each application in order to encourage penetration of the oils.
