flowers for your party.

Payment/Cancellation/Rescheduling Terms
Parties
are booked on a first come, first serve basis.
Please book your party 3-4 weeks in advance to
insure availability. All
parties are for a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8
guests, lasting 2-4 hours, depending on the number of
guests and services requested.
Parties will take place during regular business
hours. After
hours parties are available at an additional fee of
$100. Limit 4 hours.
A deposit
equal to 50% of the total party package is required when
the party is booked. If reservations are cancelled 10
days in advance of the scheduled date, 100% of the
initial deposit is refundable;
if cancelled 5 days in advance 50% of deposit is
refundable.
We will charge your credit card for the deposit amount
48 hours prior to your scheduled event, at which point
deposit is non-refundable.
If cancellation for any or all guests occurs less
than 24 hours prior to party, we will charge the full
amount of the scheduled services to the credit card used
to hold the reservation.
However, if the cancellation is for an
individual guest, spa credit will be given to the client
booking the party.
Our goal
is to have everyone enjoy their experience.
All party guests need to arrive 15 minutes prior
to scheduled party time.
We understand unexpected delays do arise.
However, in order to stay on schedule, it is
important for all guests to be ready to begin enjoying
spa services at the time requested.
Late arrivals may miss the first service.
Should a guest arrive late, they will forfeit the
first service and join into the rotation on the second
service.
A 10%
gratuity will be added to the ticket total on all spa
parties. This gratuity will be distributed among all
service providers.
